"This place was very dirty. Although I liked my nails, there were too many questionable practices. I got a dip powder manicure and it was $45. - The disposable nail file the lady used had been used on other clients. - She dipped my fingers into a communal pot of powder. - There was no hand massage. - her work area was very messy and she did not use sanitized tools."

"UPDATE: changed from 2 stars to 1 as after only one week, nails started chipping and cracking. They’re gel powder & was told they would last 3 weeks. Really wanted to give a five star review since the lady attending me did do a great job but the overall environment was not it. There’s an “under new management” sign hanging from the front so I don’t know if that’s why the place looks like it does but it looks very run down and does not give relaxing spa vibes. I made an appointment for 11 and was not attended to until close to 12. They apologized for the wait time but if there’s only 2 people working at that time then appointments should be more spread out so there’s not a long waiting period. I got a dipped powder manicure for $60. Although there was attentiveness to the actual manicure, I feel a lot was left out like not getting my cuticles pushed or clipped or hand massage. What was most upsetting was that there was a big cockroach that landed on my foot which freaked me out once I felt it. The lady just laughed and did not seemed phased which is not the response you would want to receive. Never have I been to a nail salon that’s so rundown, and it’s disappointing because I did like how my nails turned out but the environment was not clean or relaxing."

"Called last minute and they stayed late to take me! Under new management and I have to say Ana was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and I left super happy. I think I finally found my new spot thank you so much!!! ☺️"
