The staff was incredible, helped me to pick out the earrings to fit my ears. The entire process from the ear piercing went smooth, and purchasing the accessories. "The store itself is pretty small, their online catalog is much bigger. I ordered an item online and never got an email saying that it had arrived in the store. I even called and they said it wasn't there. The status online also showed "dispatched", but not "delivered". Something wasnt adding up to me, so I went to the store the item was supposed to be delivered to, and it had actually arrived. They really need to update their shipping notification system and alert people when their stuff is available."

"Most of the employees were helpful, but when I went to pay there was a cashier wearing a pin that said " yes I'm the fu**ing manager" For a place that has a lot if small kids in the store, it was not appropriate. I regret not saying anything at the time. It will be a while before I take my 2 small kids there"
