"I purchased the most expensive wash in the right automatic bay which is the $8 deluxe wash. It’s reasonably priced, however the car didn’t even look like it had gone through a car wash when I was done. I was trying to surprise my daughter by taking her car to get washed and It was not only a complete waste of money, I now have to spend more money somewhere else to get it washed again. There was bird poop still on the car and the entire passenger side looked untouched."

"Not very good. The full service wash didn't even remove bird poop The equipment didn't look as if it's been maintained in a very long time. I was very disappointed."

"I have been using this power wash since I got my first car in 1996. I have not once had an issue there, and the prices today are almost the same as they were back then. Very inexpensive and you get your car clean. Highly recommend."

"I must be insane.i mean the definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This place is disgusting but i keep going back thinking it will change. Went today, after an awful experience with my truck, to wash my wife’s car. Obviously chose one of the two bad stalls there. No soap brush working, no soap wash working, no rinse or wax. Clearly froze up and wasted 4$ in quarters. But at least I didn’t have to smell the sewer like water this time. This place should be condemned. It’s a gamble every time. But great location. Well that’s no longer enough now. Never again. I’d buy it and fix it up and show Lockport how nice it could be but owner doesn’t want to sell, just milk it until it’s dead"

"We rarely ever go to this car wash and regret that we did. We stopped on Friday the 14th around 4:30 and paid for the 8 dollar deluxe wash in the left automatic bay (they have 2 auto washes). The power from the water is great but the dryers need some help they barely move any water off your car. No big deal until I get home and walk around the vehicle and see the car wash damaged our driver side front pillar and actually dented and scraped it. I have been calling their listed online phone number for almost a week and can’t leave a message. They give you a website to go to but that website does not exist. I’m busy with work so can’t just stop over there to see if anyone is working. I stopped the other day and no one was there. Does anyone have any suggestions to get a hold of someone at this place of business to get this handled? Thank you"
