"Stopped for Timbits and an iced coffee...both were very good. Store was clean. But customer service needs improvement! A lot of improvement!"

"I went through the drive thru on 1/16/24 at 6:47pm. When I ordered a 10 pack of timbits with a certain 2 kinds of flavors, I got back a response of “WE DON’T HAVE THOSE” in a nasty annoyed tone.. I then asked for something else and got the response “WE DON’T HAVE THOSE EITHER” .. how about “I’m sorry we are all out of those but we do have these flavors..” It instantly made me very mad and this location needs to train their workers better and to show some respect. The person that took the order was a short female with really short hair and was working at this time. Please fix what’s broken. Thanks"

"If you are in the market for a breakfast sandwich or bagel, and REALLY enjoy the taste of completely charred black bread products, then this location of Tim Hortons is for you. How hard is it, the machine has a timer on it. Quality control/food standards Completely nonexistent I know the workers see that “brioche” bun come off the toaster charred black on both sides, then still elect to serve to me, for only 5.50$ 1/5 won’t be back to this location ever"

"Tim Hortons is consistently a great place to eat and have coffee drinks. This location is a very nice looking setting that offers a bright room and of course very good food and coffee. You can always get a fresh donut or muffin or a great sandwich. It was very enjoyable and Loki I highly recommend visiting this Tim Hortons location."
