GO Car Wash

"My expectations going into any car wash are already pretty low…. this place did not change that. Firstly, the brushes SCREECHED every time it went around my car. Secondly, and more importantly, the tire shine did not work at all! I paid $15 for my tires to be shined but only the back tires had a small portion of them looking shiny. To end on a more positive note, they have towels outside. They’re pretty dirty :( but at least they’re there. Overall I give Depew Go Car Wash a 2 out of 5."

"The lady that works there told me she was calling the “cops” on me if I don’t leave when I drive a company vehicle that didn’t have a sticker but most of the vehicles do. Told her to do what she had to do. And left, we’re switching to delta sonic. Will never let our employees deal with that kind of terrible service."

"Wash is good enough for the price. But for some reason halfway through the wash the right side of my vehicle always feels like it hit something. Now i drive a small volvo sedan and i dont see any visible damage but its concerning when the entire car shakes. I would recommend someone to look into this. EDIT: Went back yesterday, had no issues. Thank you for the fix."

"I was a member of Go Car wash until my vehicle got damaged while driving through the wash due to an employee leaving supplies out in the wash bay area. I spoke with the manager, filed out an incident report and even got a quote on getting the damage fixed like the manager told me to do. Now i'm being ignored by them and they are acting like it never happened! Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked to speak with someone higher up who can hopefully help me resolve my issue and they wont even give me anyones contact info or answer back."
