About the Business
Welcome to Orchard Park Friends Meeting, a welcoming and inclusive place of worship located at 6924 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, New York 14127. As a part of the Religious Society of Friends, commonly known as Quakers, we have been a spiritual home in this community for over 200 years. Our Sunday Worship is held both in person and via Zoom in our historic worship room, which features high ceilings, natural light, and balcony benches offering a serene setting for reflection.
We warmly invite individuals from any faith background or no formal faith to join us in a meditative worship experience. In the manner of Friends, we gather in silence to open ourselves to the presence of the Spirit, allowing space for anyone to share spoken ministry as they feel led. Central to our beliefs is the understanding that there is “that of God in every person,” and we strive to honor this “Inner Light” in all.
Our community is guided by the Quaker Testimonies of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality, and Stewardship—often referred to as SPICES. Many are drawn to our Meetings for our commitment to both spiritual growth and social action. We actively work to combat all forms of oppression, including racism, sexism, and homophobia, and are dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability.
For details on joining our services via Zoom or for any inquiries, please feel free to email us. We welcome you to explore and search with us on this spiritual journey. (READ MORE)

Reviews
"I had the opportunity to visit the Meeting House on a Sunday while they were having worship outside on the front porch. It is an unprogrammed meeting,. So people speak when inspired. It was interesting. I was given a tour of the meeting house and I liked it because it was very simple and unassuming. There is a main meeting area and several smaller meeting rooms, along with an area for group meals or a coffee hour. Social distancing was kept during the meeting and an idea was floated for inside meetings as well I liked it. I also received some literature about the Quakers and the history of the meeting house."
"A fine group of Quakers in an unprogrammed meeting, in an historic Friends meeting house."
