"This is the worst place to go for dental services. The front desk receptionist lesli I believe was so unprofessional and so rude. No patient care skills at all. Lack of communication. We went for our appointment supposedly at 9. we filled out NP form and was waiting until 9.45. I simply as when we will be seen. She then say the doctor is not in and don't know what time she will get there. Already waited for 1 hour just to be told she's not there. So I said we will step out for a min please call me when she's there. We were standing outside didn't leave the premises. When I went back in to see whether it was an option to reschedule she then said that the doctor just came in me a while we saw no one walked by us. So we decided to wait. I went as a moral support to my sister who was visiting and was her first visit to the dentist. Out of no where she then said you need to wait outside mean while there was no one inside beside me and my sister. Patients are being doubled booked 4 person for the same time. Where is the respect and level of patients care. If the front desk is so bad much less the care you will get inside. I will never recommend this practice ever It's the worst place ever. The front desk is the face of the practice. And itwas just a horrible experience."
"The hygienist is rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t care if she hurts her patients during the procedures, even when you tell her she’s hurting you. She just uses the dental instruments in an irresponsible way. My friend has cuts all over her gums because of the doctor."
"I've been coming here since 2021 and never had a problem until recently. not too sure what has changed from my last visit back in late 2023, but its insane that the service has done a complete 180. I was called two weeks prior to my 4y/o's appointment stating it was on 06/08 at 11am. the woman who called (who was extremely sweet) saw that I was due for a cleaning as well and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could come in with my child, in which she told me she'll give me a call back to see if I can come on a Saturday since the hygienist only sees children. That caught me off guard since I've been seeing the hygienist on Saturdays for the past couple of years but brushed it off since I presumed it was new policy. She called me back a couple of minutes later said that we both could come in at 11. At this point - I jotted it down on my planner since every appointment I have is planned to the T. Fast forward to the week of the appointment - I get a follow up call from Dr. Marmol I presume it was (not too sure, but it sounded like her) confirming my appointment for 11am... in which I said I'll be there. Me being late to the dentist office is crazy because I am extremely close to it... so imagine my surprise when I get there and they tell me im late. That the hygienist wont see me because I passed my grace period and she doesn't see anybody who is late. I got there at 10:50am! To begin, you have to call to be let inside the office. When I called to tell them I was outside - they sounded confused when I gave my name and appointment time. That was the first red flag. Once I came in they told me my appointment was for 10:30am - not 11am. I explained to them that I had three separate conversations on the phone from two different people that the appointment was for 11am. The two ladies in the front went to speak to the hygienist about the appointment. Please keep in mind that the hygienist is pretty much yelling at them over the sound of her tools, but I could hear and the other people in the waiting room could hear what she was telling them. That we cant be seen because we're late. I understand rules. I do believe in being punctual and if you passed your grace period you will need to be rescheduled... the thing is that I was 10 mins early! The basic gist of the conversation with me is that there was no way I could have been scheduled wrong because they don't make any mistakes. They didn't say that verbatim but I could tell from the words they were saying. They kept telling me they don't see anyone who is late, even as I'm telling them the appointment was for 11! I basically got gaslit by the damn front desk in front of other people. It was extremely unprofessional It was embarrassing and demeaning - with this all happening in front of my 4 year old. Nobody is perfect. I would've understood if scheduling was done wrong. I would've been okay with just them seeing my son and I come back another day. I got no apology since they could not even think it was their fault at all. When I was asked to reschedule for the final time, i told them don't worry about and walked out. How could I even trust an office that cant offer an apology for an inconvenience? I walked out of there having to explain to my child that we cant go to the dentist today. Unfortunately he was excited for it since we spent the whole week prepping for him to be seen. If you've gotten this far - thank you. I don't usually write long reviews like this but it's still on my mind a couple of days later. You see the other reviews, you decide if you would like to come here or not. Please see the below picture of my planner days before my appointment. Why would I jot it down for 11am if it was supposedly scheduled for 10:30?"
"I used to go there when she was first opened was very good then I had appointments went to her office she never opened the door and told the receptionist to let me know I have to paid her $40.00 before she can let me in"
"I was nauseous today that I came, so I asked her about the bathroom. They have no bathroom. The receptionist in the front does not speak no English. Then I had to ask her for somebody who spoke English. Legally in the medical field they’re supposed to have a bathroom whether it’s private or public. Then the year previously, I had gotten my teeth cleaned. I went home on the same day. They were not clean because I still seen the plaque in my teeth, i am extremely unhappy at all with my experience here, will not be coming back and will be changing my dentist office."
