"He would not listen to me, he did not believe I was in pain. I relented and submitted to the course of treatment he recommend and it left me with permanent nerve damage, meaning I am in pain every day for the rest of my life. In addition, he sends endless emails telling you to make an appointment. You can click "unsubscribe" all you want, the emails keep coming. Find another dentist."
"At first I believed that this dentist was great. The hygienist I had in my first visit was kind and thorough and Dr. Kupferman seemed knowledgeable and passionate about his work. My second visit I had a different hygienist who really pressured me to get the fluoride treatment which I declined several times. She also asked me other questions that I felt were highly inappropriate for a hygienist to ask a patient. This was very off putting. Even still, I decided to get two fillings done at this office. The process was fine however, after the procedure I noticed I had extreme sensitivity in both teeth that were filled. I returned to Dr Kupferman and asked what was the matter and they took some x rays and the dentist said that nothing was wrong. But the sensitivity was just not right and food was getting regularly trapped in one of the teeth he filled. So I had to get a second opinion because I was in misery. The other dentist discovered that one of the teeth Dr Kupferman had filled was cracked and that was causing the sensitivity and the food to get trapped. The dentist from whom I got a second opinion also discovered that the other filled tooth also had some damage. Both elements, Dr Kupferman unfortunately did not see or rectify even though he had installed the fillings."
