"Called to make a first appointment. Front desk answers' the phone..... And says they're closed. Why you answering phones if you're closed ? The dentist is done for the day but can help make a future appointment, is what a smart and professional person would say. " Knock knock, any one home?" Response: " No, nobody's here. " Lol"

"I have been treated with care and compassion. I have not found that level of kindness and respect anywhere else. This office is great. The quality of the work has been excellent so far. I like the attention to detail and how the dentist takes the time to explain options. He includes you in the planning of what is best for you. I have had poor experiences and poor work done in other dental offices and that can stop a person from going to the dentist. I'm very glad I came across this office and hoping to be able to smile the way I used to very soon."

"Review Let me just start by saying that I was excited to see that there was a dental office in the community with decent reviews. It was easy to make an appointment online, which was nice. On the day of my appointment (12:30pm appointment) on 9/12/23, I arrived at 12:22 and signed the check-in form. I noticed there were others with a 12:30pm appointment. The office seemed cleaned. I filled out my paperwork as a first time patient of the clinic. Time goes on and I noticed at 12:50pm, I had not yet even been called for x-rays or anything. I asked the front desk how much longer it would be as I needed to be out by 2:00pm in order to get to work on time. After all, my appointment was 12:30 which even with waiting 30 mins should have had me out sooner than 2pm for a regular dental cleaning. 1:15pm came by and still no one had called me. There were other patients who came in without appointment (and it was clear because of the conversation they were having with the dentists). You would think that they would at least have this person wait before taking them to the back considering I had already been there waiting for almost an hour. I asked again, the front desk said 5 more minutes. 5 more minutes came, no one called. A whole hour in the waiting room for nothing. I decided to leave because I was appalled that as a first time client of a clinic in my community (which I thought would be a great experience) disappointed me. It is one thing to be a skilled dentist and have pictures with people who are famous (which they do), but its another to not show interest in customer appreciation with treating people’s time respectfully. I made sure to take my paperwork with me because if there was any claim that I wasn’t there, I’d have proof and pictures. I truly hope this review is taken seriously and that the office works to improve the patient experience. I have no ill feelings toward the staff personally, but actions speak louder than words."
