"Walk ins are NO LONGER ACCEPTED! You need an appointment, a referral or be here to make an appointment to walk in now! -- I went to this place as an emergency walk in with a referral from another dentist. My face was blown up due to a 7 year long infection that, resistant to antibiotics now, started ramping up dangerously. I was having signs of sepsis beginning to set in. Nausea, feeling like I'm about to throw up, headaches, shakes. If I waited any longer I would be dead. I had accepted my death. It only took me an hour to get seen by the surgeon + xrays and 30m to get out after extraction. The tooth had to be split in fours to be taken out because it was a molar. I only felt a little pain despite anesthetic being applied (I was awake out of safety) but the pain dissipated easily with the use of Tylenol. Surprisingly. I didn't need to change my dentist as well which was good, because the last time I went, this was a requirement. Much better than my last experience where I was on the line yet couldn't be seen because by the time I got to the front, walk ins were already finished. By a minute."

"Despite of the negative reviews, I'm very satisfied with the treatment and service here. During my walk-in appointment I only had to wait a maximum of 1 hour. For my root canal treatment, I only had to wait 30 minutes at most. The treatment was very gentle, effective, clean, and compassionate. I'm so glad that today finally came and that I went here to help my toothache. Now I can rest over the weekend and let my tooth heal. I will come back if I ever need these services again."

"I am satisfied with the treatment my child received at 3444 kossuth avenue. The receptionist that sits in the back was very helpful. The endodontist (Cristian Morales) worked efficiently on my childs root canal and answered my questions and concerns in a proffesional manner."

"HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I’ve been trying to get an appointment all summer for son. Because he’s no longer a pediatric dental patient, they told me to contact the Broadway location. I’ve been calling, sending emails and leaving messages since May and NO ONE has returned a message. Now the number to the Kossuth Ave/Schiff location is disconnected or no longer in service and there is no updated phone number. What type of clinics do not inform their patients of a changed phone number??? I will be taking my sons medical records and going elsewhere. One star is too much! I would NEVER refer anyone to bring their child here. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!"

"Went to have an infected tooth pulled. Still have the tooth. In more pain now than ever. I will say they did try I'm just immune to local anesthetics. Kind staff was sent home with actual pain meds and not ibuprofen which is rare they usually treat African American women like junkies seeking pain pills so that was nice ."
