"Prepare to leave your bike there for weeks or months at a time with no communication or updates. Convinced nothing was actually done either, bike still exhibits same issues. Every time I went down there they were closed even during business hours. Eventually I got intouch with someone week later. Chose them because they were close, im going to microbore."
"I tried using them two years ago, and I thought about whether or not I should leave a review. I dropped my bike off for a blinker issue and an inspection. I thought it might be a relay, told them about it and gave them a replacement relay that I had ordered. Was hoping I would get it back quickly. I did not hear back from them, and eventually got someone after two months. They said they were still working on the blinker and the parts were on backorder. I asked if there was anything they could do to get it so it could just pass inspection and it's being it back when the part was in. They said they could but they didn't have any inspection stickers left. So I asked them to get it inspection ready and finish the inspection and let me know. Another month and a half went by, called them, they said it was ready to be picked up and that's it. I then find out that they moved store locations, and moved the bike there, went to the new location to pick up the bike... And there was no new inspection sticker and the blinker still didn't work. They charged me a around 3-4 hundred dollars for a new battery plus time and labor for "diagnosing" or something like that. The battery I had was just replaced the last year, and I kept on a trickle charger, so it makes no sense for it to be dead. I said screw it and I'll just take it home. When I got home I opened up the blinker to see that they stuffed a ball of aluminum foil behind the bulb. I opened up the front headlight assembly to see if they replaced the relay and they did not. I called them and she then about it. They got really defensive and confrontational about me "accusing them of shoddy work". I asked them if what I described was shoddy because if so then yes. They could not tell me what part was in back order for so long when I asked, and says they have projects that were way more expensive going on as some sort of brag. Well I hung up and ordered the same exact relay from Amazon, it arrived about two days later. I plugged it in and everything worked again when I put it back together and started her up (without the aluminum foil). Took it to HD the next day and got the sticker. A few of the people there might be good, like the first guy I spoke to when I dropped it off. But whomever worked there that thought aluminum foil was a good contact, and whomever lied to me about the bike being ready, and whomever got aggressive on the phone with me after I told him what I found going on with the bike when I got it home... I hope they fired them. Regardless I will never be going back there again."
"BE WARNED!!!!! I spent over $1000 on him to fix my bike. I had to track him down over and over again just to even pay him on the day that I picked up my bike. He told me he didnโt have a chance to drive it to ensure that the work was done properly, the bike did not run at all after I had him run through it it ran perfectly fine before it was just in the shop for an oil change and a tuneup and a carb clean and he never did any of the work after I got the bike back, I tried to contact him to figure out what happened. He refused to answer any of my calls, and was never in the building. Be warned"
"Decided to give these guys a shot since they're so close to my house (top of Solvay) and couldn't be happier. They re-built my carbs/petcock and found/fixed a pinhole fuel leak in my tank, among other things. Price was fair and when I went back with an unexpected issue, it was fixed in less than a day for next-to-no cost. I'll be using them for my other bikes this year as well; GREAT guys!"
