I got my snow tires put on no problem, but when I got my oil changed they somehow forgot to tighten the drain plug and my car was leaking oil for days before I noticed. Could've blown my engine if I didn't notice sooner, I'd stay away."

"Had a flat tire on a Sunday which should be hopeless, but Pep is open til 6:00pm that day and I was able have AAA tow me there. They fixed the tire and had me back on the road within an hour. Without them the issue would have dragged into Monday and messed with my work week. They were invaluable!"

"I dropped my car off for service here because I couldn’t get in with my regular mechanic on short notice. They also told me that my inner and outer tie rods needed replaced for $450. I didn’t allow them to do any work on my car. I took my car to my regular mechanic just a day later, and my regular mechanic said my tie rods are absolutely fine. When I walked into this place, a woman customer was really upset with them and threatening to contact an attorney. (Apparently they were trying to take advantage of her as well. As you can see from other reviews, it’s typically women that they try to rip off) This place is bad news and it seems that they prey on women thinking that women are stupid. So, sexist and just bad mechanics. I’m writing this as a warning to others. Go to someone trustworthy. I hate having to write bad reviews because I understand that people are just trying to do their best and make a living, but this was worth writing about."
