"Staff was really nice, they help me pick out a new SUV while I was at work over the phone. By the end of my shift I was a new owner of a GMC and picked it up the next day. Great staff, great vehicles, awesome atmosphere."

"Candy Cars Service Dept. is very attentive and they took care of the last “We owe” item from Sales on my truck. The windshield had to be replaced and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I didn’t have to take time off from work for it, it was replaced at my place of employment."

"I very disappointed! Almost about two months ago I take my vehicle there for service...the guy mark says he will order the part and call me back. Haven't heard from him in a month after that. Called back and spoke to a female, only to find out that mark is no longer there and the part was never ordered. Female says she will order the part. I believe it's been 3 weeks since I've heard from her. No updates, no further communication! I'm still waiting on my vehicle to get service. I told two people that were thinking about buying a car through them, however after they heard my experience there is no way that they will do business with them. Communication is everything and I got none. Never again will I refer or do any business there again!!"

"Worst car experience of my entire life. The entire process was so unprofessional. I can’t even begin to name all of the lies that I was told from beginning to end. I feel scammed and cheated. I’m extremely unhappy. I have never asked to return my car for a previous places I’ve went with but I actually reached out to see about getting out of my deal so I could stop working with candy cars, to no avail. Jimmy is the only decent employee I got to work with through the whole experience but even with his generosity it doesn’t change that it was an awful experience from start to finish. I will always regret this decision. The service department does seem like it’s the only normal function area though. My car was finished in the quick timeline I was told. The SINGLE employee working the counter that was swamped was great."

"I'm thankful that my vehicle was serviced it needed a wheel bearing on my front tire, I arrived on time at 9 am sharp . I didn't have a way to get home so i decided to wait for my car while it was being serviced. Candy's didn't offer me a loaner or shuffle till 5 hrs later. only because I needed to get something for lunch. I was there from 9am till 3:30 ALL DAY. My vehicle is running smooth and I'm happy with that, everything was covered because I just purchased the car in July. The mechanical technician was great at explaining the problem and at keeping me informed about the service repair. Other then the wait issue I honestly would of given a 5 star but I have to rate it a 4 ⭐"
