"Went in to get an açaí bowl. Wasn’t greeted when we got in there. The person who helped us as the counter looked us up and down and gave us a dirty look, then proceeded to be rude and short with her words. When received the two bowls, it seemed as they were thrown together, sloppy, and not filled all the way. Then when we asked for more granola they gave it to us aggressively and disrespectfully. We kindly said thank you to them and they ignored us. I enjoy sobol very much and have been to many different locations. The patchogue, sayville, and riverhead locations are all fantastic. But I will never be going back to the West Hampton beach location."

"Love sobol I’ve only been here twice both were great. Yeah it was expensive 12$ for a classic bowl but I would be willing to spend that much on McDonald’s breakfast so it’s definitely worth it to me. First time I went here was great 2nd time was alright. Strawberries weren’t as fresh as last time. The girls that work there are good & stunning!! The place was pretty. very Hampton-ey if you know what I mean."

"Made it known multiple times that my boyfriend was allergic to bananas. They clearly did not take the proper precautions because he was so sick for the rest of the day. I don’t want to be that person but this outcome could have been really bad for someone else and is something that needs to be taken seriously. Mistakes happen, but meeting the people that work here… These kids need to be held to higher standards or stop hiring kids."
