"Sometimes, the hidden gems are worth seeking out. Google Maps had a hard time getting into this place, but it was worth it. My wife had the breakfast burrito, and I had the Eggs Benedict. The Eggs Benedict were made perfectly and dare might, I say, probably in the top 5 that I have ever had. Next to a small airport. It was a nice experience."

"The food is amazing! You can tell the chef is committed by what is served! The waitstaff gives it their all…friendly and they truly go out of their way for their customers! The location is a plus! Since it is a popular place to eat and in demand there might be a wait however how cool to sit and watch the planes take off and land at such a cool airport! Totally recommend and hope we can get back there before the summer ends"

"Cute little cafe with some subtle details that make it unique. Relatively clean environment with great service. The staff was very accommodating and prompt. We went for breakfast on a Saturday and 6 of us ate for about $160 which included quite a few sides/extras drinks etc. I ordered the Volo Taco Trio which I mostly enjoyed. It’s three mini omelettes which were made well used as taco shells with a variety of tooyin each. Only complaint was that the chicken topping was not pulled chicken. It tasted very chewy and rubbery, almost like it was microwaved. Had to push that aside. Lastly the bacon was a little too salty for my taste. All of the portions were generous and hearty. You’ll leave here full. Presentation was great."

"Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and delicious breakfast at Cafe Volvo. A unique dining experience that overlooks the runway at Francis S. Gabreski airport. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared to order. The atmosphere is small and cozy. The SOS breakfast is smothered in rich, creamy, southern gravy with a hint of heat. The waffles are fresh and not super hard/crispy. Weather permitting, there is outdoor dining on the patio. Enjoy!!!!"

"Amazing stop. Wonderful location with great views. Fun place to bring kids and let them see the planes come and go. The food is delicious, and the short rib omelet has substantial amounts of meat, with the right ratio of onions and cheese. The sos is always a good choice. Relaxed atmosphere, a treat at Gabreski Airport ."
