"The woman working the register today very condescending. All I ordered was a black iced coffee. She refused to do hot food because it was “too busy” meanwhile there was only one other customer on line. She was talking down to the other customers as well. First time I’ve ever had an issue with customer service at this location"

"Manager is very nice she always helps me. I have to agree though about the one particular employee that a lot of people mention. Very lazy never listens when I ask for my coffee and frequently gets it wrong. Pays no attention when I come back in. Tells me that they stop making food at 3:00 when I come in to order something I've never had that told to me. I placed it online order it was accepted anyway and he told me that he doesn't make any more food and that I had to get a donut and no refund. Got the donut anyway but threw it away because it was stale and I didn't want it so I don't go in with I see his car there"

"Every time I go to this location this specific employee, whatever I order he never has it. With other employees they always have it but he never wants to work. Today, I ordered A Frozen Coffee and a pumpkin spice latte and he said they didn’t have the frozen coffee and the latte machine was being cleaned. Smh always this employee only."
