However, the service in terms of beverage provision left much to be desired. Despite spending a considerable four-hour duration at the establishment, our waitress made only three appearances. In light of this, I took it upon myself to personally fetch the beverages, as it seemed the staff may not have been as attentive due to the automatic inclusion of a 20 percent gratuity. Consequently, I found myself subject to a $75 gratuity charge, amounting to $25 per occasion when the waitress did provide us with drinks."
