"Best French Cafe I think exists. Fabulous French pastries artfully & deliciously made. I tried a croissant that had almond paste AND chocolate in it. Unbelievably scrumptious and unreal! The macrons are BEYOND and the Flan Custard in a puff pastry dish was TO DIE FOR! We live 2 blocks away so having access here is DIVINE! I have to discipline myself not to go everyday or I’d weigh 500lbs. Love. This. Place."
"Amazing and helpful staff with the most delicious and truly Parisian croissants I have ever had the pleasure of including in on American soil. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!"
"Stepping into Julien Boulangerie, I was instantly enveloped by the alluring scent of fresh pastries, reminiscent of a Parisian café. The stand out was the almond croissant, a masterpiece of flaky Golden crust with a rich, sweet almond filling. Each bite was a delightful journey through its texture and taste. Paired with this was a latte that impressed in its own right – robust, smooth, and perfectly complementing the croissants sweetness. The bakery’s ambience, cozy and elegantly rustic, added to the charm, making the experience not just a meal but a delightful escape into culinary bliss. In short, Julien Boulangerie isn’t just any bakery; it is like a little piece of Paris, serving delicious pastries."
"Did a long Saturday morning walk to find the famous square chocolate croissant. We got there at 10am hoping there wasnt still a queue down the street. Walked straight in and initially though there was no chocolate ones left but thankfully they made a few more just in time. We would have been happy to try the other flavours which sounded yummy. The inside of the croissant was more of a custard than chocolate but was still nice.. coffee was good and plenty of space to sit inside. A little expensive for a croissant $9.50 but i guess you are paying for the hype."
"Stopped here because I heard of their unique cube croissants and it did not disappoint. I tried the chocolate and pistachio filled cubes and they were packed with filling inside! Honestly, maybe a little bit too much for my liking. It was nice because the filling was more mousse-y so it wasn’t too sweet or heavy. It’s pretty expensive for what you are getting in my opinion at $9.50/cube! I also grabbed a croissant jambon to try something savory and it was also good! She toasted it for me, but I think it made the croissant a little more burnt/crunchy/falling apart than I would have liked. The people working were very friendly. The restaurant itself gave a modern feel to it which I also really liked. They had so many unique looking pastries that I’d definitely go back to try something else!"
