"This place doesn't even deserve a star. They are complete liars and scammers. The car prices they put on the internet are completely different from the car prices when you go there. I liked a car on Father's Day and bought it (despite the price difference) I gave my deposit and started the paperwork. There was a small problem with the bumper of the car. They said there was no problem, they will fix it when you come to pick up the car tomorrow. I went to pick up the car the next day in the evening. The procedures were done and they brought the car, the bumper was still not fixed. They said the registration of the car will come to us in 45 days, we will fix the bumper when you come to pick it up. We need to order a part. Two months have passed. No one called or asked. I called many times, each time they said they were busy right now, we will get back to you immediately and hung up the phone. Every word they said is a lie. Do not go there and buy a car. I’m still waiting for registration and title of the car"

"The 1 star is for Miguel the salesperson. Miguel was pleasant, helpful and respectful. Here are the facts I purchased a vehicle from West Islip auto sales. Before I purchased I test drove and looked over the vehicle. The salesperson made a list of maintenance issues. It was told to me that these repairs would be taken care of. After a few days i went to my mechanic because what was on my list was not repaired. Bad battery, bad tierod ends, balled tires and wheel alignment. When I called about this and spoke to Laura the owner, John was yelling in the background about what's the problem. I took the car back, they had it for 2 days and I had to call for it. Only to not have repairs completed. I took it back to my mechanic because there was still shaking in the wheel when decelerating and they only changed 1 tierod end, didn't change battery, gave me 2 different used tires and no wheel lock key for them. It's a lot.When I tried to call back about battery and my car not starting . Mind you this is all under 30 days. Laura spoke to me inappropriately. They have refuse to answer my calls, and emails. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and the Attorney General."

"Today I was completely stressed about purchasing a car. In speaking to rob he helped me get over my anxiety that I was feeling. He gave me an awesome deal and helped me with getting my new car. This place is very down to earth they are very understanding and will do their very best to help you. Thank you rob for what you’ve done for myself and my family. "I bought a car from them in the beginning of the year. When I test drove the car I had mentioned that the brakes felt a little weird. They had told me that they would replace them because I was interested in the car. I ended up purchasing the car believing that it was a good deal. Clearly that was a mistake. The car needed new rear brakes and new front brakes and rotors within a month after I bought it. I did not drive that much within that span of time to need those parts to be replaced. After the mechanic inspected the car and made the replacements, they found that the sway bars were both broken. I've put almost $1000 into this car after purchasing it. Ridiculous. Now he claims that I didn’t buy a car from him. I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot from Rob and John back in January. Promised me they’d fix up the brakes. Complete lie. He can’t even own up to his mistake, instead he insists that I have the wrong place. Shop somewhere else."

"I just want to say thank you! Rob the General Manager helped me a great deal by being very honest,straightforward and professional. I originally had my heart set on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that Rob starts getting ready for me later on calls to tell me does not like the sound of the engine tells me will get it fixed cause he does not want to sell a car he is not 100% sure will continue to drive great showing me he really wants the best for me unfortunately the repair would take to long. Rob then hooked me up with 2013 Hyundai Sonata that I like even better. He got me a very good vehicle and he made sure it is in good shape for me. I have to say again Rob thank you! I love my new car."
