"I rented from Enterprise West Islip, right off Sunrise Hwy for 3-days. The office was terrific, the choice of vehicles available was great- I really liked the Mazda CX-30 I picked and because Mazda (like Nissan) is now building cars without regular USB charging ports (USB-C only), my agent Estoban actually lent me his personal charging card for the duration. Outstanding customer service! When I started getting 'need oil change' warnings in the car, I texted the office and they replied right away by phone, telling me to ignore it, bad sensor. He was absolutely amazing! With his exceptional professionalism and patience he helped me with getting a vehicle and even helped me switch vehicles when I needed. Esteban answered all questions without hesitation and went above and beyond when it came making sure I was taking proper precautions when picking insurance for the vehicle and making sure I was comfortable!
