"Gimmicky and unprofessional. Called to set up a test drive for a used 2021 G80 they had listed on their website. Receptionist hung up the phone on the first attempt and when I called back she answered aggressively and rudely as if she was annoyed I called back. After I provided the stock number and asked to come in she confirmed the car was available for a test drive. Once I came in Hilton was my sales rep. He informed me that the car was not ready to be driven and haven’t even been serviced yet, actually the car was still full of trash. He allowed me to drive a new 2024 model to compare claiming it was the same thing. The only decent experience was the test drive and his knowledge of the car. However, after the test drive he was very dismissive as if he thought I had no intention of buying the car, barely said anything and let me sit in silence after expressing my concerns. They claim they “honor everything you see online” even though they advertise the price $2000 lower claiming “price is after $2000 deposit” with an asterisk hidden on the website. That’s fine, but once I got in there they informed me the deposit is $2500 and not honoring what is advertised. Never left a negative google review before but I could not believe the unprofessionalism and the gimmicks that goes on here from a “luxury brand.” Avoid if you’re looking for a used car."
