"PSA-DO NOT use their service dept. $682 to replace headlight bulb n oil change. $435 labor for bulb and $37 labor for oil and the rest in parts. Stated took over 3 hrs to change bulb had to take off bumper. Ok I pay it. Go home and realize that the time between the message I received stating they were taking my car in and the message that my car was done was less than 2 hrs.. called service advisor Rob and questioned the time lapse. At first was told the car was not ready when he texted me that’s just when he put the paperwork in. Then proceeds to say it doesn’t matter if it actually took 1 hr or 3hrs because that’s what their book says to charge. WHAT??! BEWARE-you were warned.. DO NOT GO THERE. LIARS AND SCAM ARTIST!!!"

"They say $1995 down to reflect the cars finance cost… then they CHARGE you it under a separate line called “AFTMKT” on the financing page as reflected in this picture. Place is a scam and try to then also tell you if you purchase a warranty you get a lower interest rate. This is NOT TRUE. Banks are NOT allowed to endorse or change finance interest rates based on a warranty"

"I have never been a fan of Car Dealerships especially if i am shopping for a pre owned auto.. We have to all go thru it. The pushy salesmen the price thats not the price and the attitude of the sales people on the floor. Guess what my attitude for car dealerships has changed i met Mark Ospina from CJDR of West Islip. My daughter is an officer in the Navy and she is in on orders and wasn’t able to be in person to shop for a car… I know what she wanted and i booked an an appointment with CJDR. I met Mark when i first walked in. I told him what i was looking for and Mark being an Army Veteran understood my plight. I test drove a Honda HRV and i thought it was great unfortunately no Car Play. Thats a deal breaker for the younger generation. Mark offered to swap out the radio and put in an aftermarket car play. Mark gave me his personal cell number as we stayed in touch regarding the car play and price. When the price came in, he knew it was to high. He showed me the price. No good on that car. We stayed in touch and he found my daughter another Honda HRV in Brooklyn at a sister dealership. He had it brought here and the price point was perfect for what i was working with…. Now he had to deal with paperwork, Fed EX to my daughter all the documents. He texted me to keep me updated on the process. Mark has a great sense of humor and sarcasm. Finally after three weeks or so the transaction was completed. Mark understood the Military and why my daughter wanted to use Navy Fed and not there lenders. Usually the dealerships want you to use there lenders.. I am not the easiest person to get a long with but Mark had patience like i have never seen. He was friendly and upfront and did what had to do to complete the sale… All i can tell you is I ran into some real doozies in the used auto business. Huntington Honda West . Shame on you.
