"I love this dealership and our sales man Joe. My wife and I came in just to test drive an EV Blazer and we were greeted right away by Joe T jr. Joe right away offered us a test drive and was helpful in telling us all about the EV Vehicle as we drove. When we got back, my wife noticed a Z71 Traverse on the lot and Joe was quick to open it up and offer us a test drive on that. Once done, my wife was in love with the car. Joe offered to work up some numbers for us and we loved everything we saw with the car and numbers. We put down a deposit and Joe contacted us the next day that all was good with the credit and we got the car. Picked it up the following day and the whole process was smooth and just the best car buying experience we have ever had. Just a great salesman who knows his job and knows everything about the vehicles and that's all you can ever ask for. This is the second car we have leased with this dealership this year as my daughter got a 2024 Chevy Trax in April 24. "Horrible experience. They scratched my car and they told me that they will fix it. Never got fixed. I’m not sure exactly why they were rude to me, they offered me a rental car exactly for 24 hours while they work on my car. Once I get there to pick up my car nobody knew where my car was, finally somebody told me where to find my car. The big surprise for me was that they actually never work on the scratches. I left my car previously before the scratches for 3 days, and then they told me they couldn’t fix my car because the part never arrived. So again I want there I left my car for one night for them to told me the part they ordered was the wrong part. Horrible place to go to fix your car. It’s like if it is cover by your warranty they don’t care unless you’re paying from your pocket."
