"Upon driving to drop off my rental truck to the drop off location I saw the gate closing. I stopped in front of the gate and waited, then the gate opened again. I then proceeded to enter and tried to park the truck where the rest of the other uhaul trucks were parked, when suddenly an old men started screaming at me "yo! What do you think you are doing!?". Then he approached the passenger door and attempted to open it; it was locked. I unlocked the door and he proceeded to repeat the same question in a very nasty, umpolite, impertinent, and aggressive manner. I answered him, I'm returning my truck. With the same attitude he said "you are not supposed to en enter just because the gate is open", to which I replied, if the gate closed in front of me, and then it openes, providing there are no signs to park the trucks outside, the only logical thing to do is to go ahead and drive pass the gate in the direction where the rest of the uhaul trucks are parked. He then repeated the same question to which I proceeded to ignore realizing there was no point in arguing. I walked to the office. When I was about to enter I heard "Hey what did you do to this truck?!?! the bumper is busted " (same nasty attitude). I answered, the bumper was busted when I rented it (I had proof of that). I went inside the office, the gentleman behind the counter asked me what do I need. I told him I'm dropping off a truck and I also commented that the guy he has working outside has an attitude. He seemed to be annoyed by my comment and ignored it. I will NOT recommend this place to any one. Poor customer service. The type that makes you not want to work with uhaul anymore."

"Service was horrible here at this location. They did not properly explain the fees that we needed to know about initially. One of the men who work at the front desk had a terrible disgusting attitude. He clearly did NOT enjoy working in a customer-friendly environment. And he was on his phone the whole time while we were standing in front of him waiting 10-15 minutes. A very disgusting individual, hopefully corporate sees this review. Fortunately for the man, I did not catch his name."
