"This is the worst place you can ever get your car repaired. They are all hugs and kisses when you drop the car off. And then when it’s not fixed correctly suddenly your the certified mechanic and they want you to figure it out. Do yourself a favor and go to the brand make of your car and have it fixed there you will pay more but you won’t have people who take no responsibility after they damage your car. Btw Those reviews are all friends and family or employees. You can’t get intouch with cooperate either just a horrible establishment which I’m sure will be closing soon nationally"

He answered all my questions and i did not feel like he was trying to take advantage of me! The gentleman named Daud was very helpful as well , and skilled my car feels so much better .. definitely coming back and would recommend everyone to come to THIS pep boys"

"Dave was fantastic! Polite, professional and gave me a great price. The installer (don’t know his name) was great as well. Not only did he mount, balance and install my tires, he actually torqued all 20 lug nuts. That’s something I don’t see other tire shops do.
