"This company is a scam. They deducted $450 for an EZZ Pass we didn't use. My husband, Rany Morkas, rented this car in his name after we had a car accident, and they just deducted this money without letting him know. No one from their customer service is seriously trying to help, and they are very rude. It was the worst car rental we ever had."

"Worst experience ever, dont rent from this place or you will end up just like me. I confirmed my reservation details 2 weeks prior to the date as well as got a phone call confirmation the night before. I go pick up my car and they are telling me it does not have towing capabilities which when enterprise rep called he confirrmed it does the night before. Branch assistant manager Brad Popkin had basically nothing to say. The place ruined my vacation for which i needed a towing pick up truck. Will file complaint. Its been few days and still no one contacted me even though they provided an email address.. Have not heard back whatsoever."

"I will not rent from this place again. If you are the first few people showing up, you might not get a car even the car is confirm. YES, you may not be able to get a car although you get an email confirmation and they won't do anything for you. The guy Brad will try to pressure you into buying insurance coverage although you don't need to because all rental cars came with minimum liability coverage at no cost. You are not required to get collision coverage and many credit card provide that for free. Their cars are usually old and dirty. They hardly wash them before giving to the next customer. Make sure you check the tires on site. And check again 1 hour later. This location will rent out cars with flat tires. Guess who gets screw?"
