"Good morning. I had a bad experience with a car dealership and I want to share it. In July 2023, I saw a 2007 Buick Rendezvous offered on OfferUp for $4,000. I went to the dealership to inquire about it, and everything seemed okay. I wanted to pay for the car in installments to help fix my credit, and the salesman said that was possible and that the payments would be low. I paid everything I needed to start the deal, but couldn't get the car the same day. I had to wait two weeks for the owner to come back from vacation. When they returned, I had to go in twice to sign forms to apply for a loan, and the salesman forgot to have me sign some documents before they left on vacation. They didn't tell me how much the monthly payments would be. The salesman texted me repeatedly asking if I had cash for the plates. I picked up the car, and the salesman pressured me to sign forms without explaining anything. Later, I realized that the price of the car had gone up to $8,000. When I asked the salesman about it, he said sorry, that's what the bank stated and there was nothing he could do. When I talked to the owner for help, he said to leave the car and start new with another car. He said he would leave it at a low price, but my credit would still be affected. The moral of the story is to read everything and analyze before signing anything. Don't trust that others will read or help you, especially when it comes to buying something."

"After going to about 18 dealerships out east and in NJ and found nothing but GARBAGE out there I decided to try my luck here. Although everyone kept telling me not to buy a car in a city dealership I found they had the most beautiful used cars in great condition bc city dealerships aren’t selling city cars! Antoinette was awesome; super helpful and sweet I was able to leave with my car that day, which was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I did notice the tire pressure light on and they filled the tires with air and stated if it doesn’t turn off they would rectify it. I did get new rims for the car so I waited and I was told the two sensors on the driver side are not working and I have no doubt in my mind they will stand by their word. I am very pleased with their service I do love my car! I did have my mechanic look it over and there are some minor things that need to get done but it’s 11 years old that’s to be expected and I want to make sure it lasts me for years to come!
