"Taking 3hrs to change my front break. The office went to buy a part and he makes 2times mistakes, had bought the wrong one. and each time should take 30mins to go change. Later on the mechanic had to went out with him to buy a break!! . It’s funny story? End up paying $85 for changing a front break within 3hrs total. And I was paying $200 extra for missing my appointment at 12pm to renew another appointment. Even tho I called earlier to check if they’re busy or not. The guy on the phone said YES. They can make it done within in an hour. Never trusted again and should know now the reviews on google business is real. For mechanic guys he’s nice. Work is ok."

"STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This place is everyone's auto body shop worst nightmare, come true! My dad's car broke down nearby and it was the closest shop. They could not diagnose the car properly and told us that it was one issue, charged us $800 to "fix" it. Well guess what? NOTHING WAS FIXED AND THE CAR STILL WOULDN'T TURN ON! For the next two weeks, I would call for an update MANY times a day. Every time incompetent, BS-ing receptionists would tell me they would "call me back" and NEVER DID or I was told inconsistent stories, each time it was more money to fix the car. Finally, I had had enough and sent a tow truck to go pick up the car to take it to a certified Toyota shop. Guess what? THE CAR WAS MISSING!!! It was taken to another auto body shop without our permission!!! Why? Because Venus does not know how to fix cars themselves SO they have to go elsewhere to diagnose THE REAL PROBLEM and selfishly up-charge you ANOTHER fee and pretend it was there the whole time!!! After two weeks and money spent... we are at square one! BEWARE OF THESE SCUMBAGS!"

"Woman owner demanded 20 dollars for flat tire patch, she would not take less. Next block same thing is 7 dollars. They're ripoff. In addition they lost matching valve cap."
