"I ordered a grill from their ebay store autoparts-nationwide.The grill did not fit properly due to a minor flaw and the company gave me the runaround until the time limit of their ebay return policy lapsed and then claimed they could not accept the return and the reason it did not fit was because my vehicle was not the model manufactured in Japan. In fact, my vehicle model was not and has never been manufactured in Japan. Not only are their parts sub-par quality, they are deceitful."
