"I couldn’t be any happier driving my new 2024 Toyota Crown XLE Hybrid if it’s not because of Robin! I was scouting for a car last Tuesday (I noted that Hillside Toyota has great ratings and reviews), and aiming to land on a hybrid car that is not too big and something that is fuel efficient. I was assisted by Robin (thank God she’s our salesperson), she walked me in to different hybrid options and suggested if I want to take a feel of Toyota Crown that they have in the show room. As soon as I open the car door and sit on the driver’s side, I knew right away that I wanted the car! I ask Robin if they have the car in stock and luckily they have one left which is oxygen white! Usually hybrid cars are in back orders due to high in demand! We then proceed to payment options and jot down all the fees which I’m glad that I didn’t see any unnecessary payments during the process and she even helped me out setting up my car insurance that makes everything go smoothly. I also wanted to thank the general and finance manager for making these transactions as easy as possible in a manner that is purely understandable. I highly recommend Robin, Hillside Toyota and the whole staff to my friends and family for their next car purchase! Now I am a truly, happy customer of Hillside Toyota! Thank you so much!"

"Great experience all around! I had gotten frustrated trying to buy a car at other car dealers, but Hillside Toyota was the complete opposite. Friendly staff and no nonsense. I worked with Toby to find the exact the car I wanted (2024 Toyota Corolla LE with Convenience package in Celestite color and black interior) and put a deposit on it to reserve it. It took almost a month to come in, but these cars are pretty popular now, so very reasonable time to wait, all things considered. Once it came in, he texted me and I was able to go in the next day, pay the price we agreed upon up-front (with only the absolutely necessary stuff they need to add on like registration and doc fees), and drove it home the same day! During the process, Toby noticed that I did my research on the car ahead of time and knew what I wanted so he didn't try to talk down to me or convince me to buy something else that they had in stock or anything like that. At the same time, he was also very knowledgeable on the car and gave a great overview of how everything in the car works during our test drive. They did not try to rush me through reading and signing all the paperwork, answered any questions I had while filling it out, and most importantly, they did not pressure me into paying for anything I didn't need. They even gave me some trade-in value for my super old 2008 car! One of the managers there, George, was also very nice and kept checking in to make sure things were going smoothly! To finish things, up, I would go again, I highly recommend them for a great buying experience! My only regret is that I didn't get to try their fresh popcorn!"

"I had a amazing experience with the 2 brothers. Yousef and Ahmed are the best. This is my first new car in America and this was the best experience I can ask for. They got me my TLC plate and car very smooth. They made me feel very comfortable because they each had a lot of knowledge about TLC and I knew from the beginning I’m dealing with professionals. I barely speak English but they took the time to understand me and answer all my questions. I will recommended and friend family or anyone I know looking for a car to see these guys"
