"Use the worst used car sales tactics. Cars advertised at lower prices than those when you get here. Tons of hidden fees. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"Go somewhere transparent and less dodgy. After deciding on car, tried to charge 995 for car inspection and 795 for processing fee. Once I pointed out NY state capped fee at 75, they said they were an auction house so not subject it to it (car under discussion was not on auction and I wonder how many are sold under auction). NY inspection can be anywhere from 10 -50 but not 995. They offered to bring costs lower after some haggling but still egregious compared to other places. Went elsewhere, bought similar used car at same base price with 112 in these fees."

"90 days to return is false keep that in mind. They'll say don't worry you can return the car in 90 days but in reality those 90 days are just that you can bring it if something is wrong with it and they'll fix it. They will also try to give you dealership insurance without telling you in the receipt keep a watch on that. The cars are good but the people are very money hungry and make sure you check your car before leaving because I think they scratched mine on the way out"

"It is very disrespectful that they leave their cars outside of the dealership. What's the point of paying rent if you're just going to leave the cars outside? Might as well leave ALL your cars outside and run the dealership outside. They left 2 cars outside of the dealership very closely together that I had to push my way through the cars. Also, what about disabled people? Do you guys have any consideration for them? There is no way a person with a wheelchair would have been able to go through this space. You would have left them no choice put to go out onto Atlantic Avenue and for what? JUST SO THEY CAN GET TO WHERE THEY'RE GOING. STOP BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK. EVERYONE IS ANNOYED. Have some respect for the community."
