"The initial visit was great. Elizabeth was my sales rep. Unfortunately they are liars. One of the reasons I made the deal to purchase the car was I was told by Elizabeth and her Manger. "Male" they would pay my 1st months payment. They did not do that. I bought the car im march of this year and it is now June. I reached out to them, didn't get to speak to Elizabeth or her manager, but was told by the receptionist who answered the phone, who ever she spoke with said they didn't say that and that I'm responsible for paying my own bills. I told her I pay my own bills of course. I just know what I was told. I was also with a friend who went with me to get the car. His ears heard the samething. I was also told the small scratches and lettering that was missing would be replaced. That has not happened either. If possible just go to a reputable car dealership, because these side car places make promises they do not keep. I will NEVER BUY another car from a side road dealership. I've should've known better. The car is my favorite 2 colors and that's what drew me there. Leason learned for sure. Never again"

"I initially posted a 5-star review while I was at the dealership making the purchase because the customer service was superb. I am editing my review now 5.5 months later because I could not have been more disappointed with this purchase. I thought a lot about writing this update because I felt embarrassed of making the poor decision to buy this car and naive for trusting the staff at Power Motors when I know very well that women are always taken advantage of when shopping for cars or visiting mechanics. I fell in love with how the car looked and expedited the purchase because I was given the impression that it was a hot commodity, but it has been nothing but disappointment after disappointment and if I could return it I would in a heart beat. They assured me that the car was checked and had no mechanical issues and that it was fully maintained. Within a couple of days I had to return the car to get maintained because the warning sign popped up for the fluid levels being low. Within the same month I had to get the car serviced due to having a check engine light and had to leave it for about three weeks. Two months later I got a flat tire because of a nail and when AAA came to put my spare on for me they realized that the spare was also flat and was not accepting air. And now the car is getting serviced yet again for the check engine light coming back on and this time I had to pay for it because it's no longer within the 30 days. And I am once again without a car for over a week. I know that buying a used car is not a walk in the park but these are all clearly preexisting issues that could have easily been caught if the car receive proper diagnostic. I was naive and didn't even negotiate the price and I now feel helpless and deceived. The video I attached shows the check engine light and the car accelerating while on park without me pressing anything. It was also asking me to preselect the gear mid-driving and I don't know how to ever feel safe driving it. I hope whoever shops there is smarter than me."
