"Just had the displeasure of working a BDC rep named John. Called in looking for a deal on a 2024 RAV4 hybrid XLE. He sounded very unenthusiastic, as if someone is forcing him to be there. I Asked to speak to someone on the sales floor and he said he is from the sales floor. Then told him what I want and that I’m looking for a good deal. He said he cannot discount without speaking to a manager or sales member. At that point I asked I thought you said you are from the sales floor and then I asked to be transferred to someone on the sales floor and he did not want let me speak to anyone else. Just said everyone is busy and hung up. Very disappointing to see a reputed dealership behave this way. Just lost me as a customer to hillside Toyota."
