Asher went out of his way to make things right for me to make up for the long wait. He made sure I did not leave the location before I was satisfied with how things worked out. "THIS IS THE ENTERPRISE YOU NEED TO GO TO. ASK FOR DESMOND!! When I had to leave my car at the shop on short notice I figured I'd just go to my local enterprise and get a rental no big deal, right? Well my local guys couldn't help me the urged me to call other branches of enterprise. I called somewhere between 6 to 8 different enterprises only to hear I have no cars at the moment. One even said he could only help me if I was using a corporate account and one just kept putting the call through to a corporate mailbox that seemed to always be full. Then I happened upon this branch in Astoria on 38th Ave and the person on the phone told me he had the car I needed but could only hold it for 30 minutes. It took me over 40 minutes to get there and even thought the first car was no longer available Desmond made it his purpose to find me another car if I was willing to wait. And after about 45 minutes he got me an amazing vehicle that fit all my needs. They actually run this place like a business compared to the other branches I was dealing with. If you go here you'll see how cars are constantly coming in and out of this place because they are so busy. And even being so busy they still found to time to help an unknown customer like me who was not one of their regular customers. I will definitely be using them should I need a rental in the future and will also be recommending them to everyone I work with."

However, I do have a concern regarding the working conditions for your staff at the Long Island City location. It is disheartening to see that the space they must occupy for 8 to 12 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week, is in such a poor state. The smell is absolutely horrendous, and the overall condition of the carpet and decor is far from acceptable. It is concerning to witness the disparity between the family-oriented customer service narrative you promote and the actual conditions your staff endure.
