"Went on New Years Day. My FIL needed a new battery for his Maxima. The employee we spoke with was super-helpful and tested the battery. The battery failed the test. I saw the screen over his shoulder and I saw that if failed. He gave us several options for a new battery with different price ranges. We chose the Die Hard platinum which was the best, and had a 3 year warranty. We declined the extra year warranty for $29.99 with no high pitched sales tactics which we appreciated. The employee installed the new battery for us and took the old one for recycling. The whole transaction start to finish was about 15 minutes. The testing and installation were both free."

"I’m rating this a 4 star because Angel was great with assisting me with my battery needs. Explained the battery issue and replaced my battery. On the other hand the store manager, Darin dark haired guy was too busy checking over the sales clerk trying to upcharge and convince me to buy the platinum battery. Of course he claimed that that’s the right battery for the car. Except maybe he forgot that you can check this out through the same online system they’re using. Therefore I already know what battery and the other sale clerk confirmed it as well before the manager inserted himself where he wasn’t needed. Anyway, Angel was great, I’d avoid that manager if you plan to stop there. It’s a shame that some men still spend their time trying to pull one over on women because they feel we’re gullible."
