"Karl mena manager at the location Looks still half way sleepy , under dress code. Sales person Mohamed, try hard selling his full protection to me. Even though I have Geico full coverage insurance, even I told him 3 times , didn’t get the atlas I wanted, I saw one atlas at the location. They try sell me a mini van , even charged my card $300. For deposit & then Karl mena. Said it’s reserved for 4th of July , I end up with Kia sorento , this is been a nightmare , this location I used past few times , never had a good experience, love enterprise but the service sucks, happy 4th of July. Everyone & stay safe, try avoid this location,"

From the moment I needed to be picked up from the body shop, to the day I returned the rental, the process was smooth, easy, and fast complimented with exceptional customer service. JC, Karl and Bianca were knowledgeable, personable and sensitive to needs I had as a driver. JC and Karl went above and beyond in helping me with my car rental experience. I would 1000% percent recommend this location and cant wait to rent another car from them! Give that whole team a raise or at least an all inclusive paid vacation!"
