"Russel was amazing! Prompt and clear communication. He was able to get us FOUR busses the day before our school trip after US Coachways CANCELLED last minute. He communicated throughout the day, evening and next day. The drivers were EARLY and got us to our location ahead of time so the kiddies were able to get extra time at the location for their end of year trip. The busses were clean and the drivers were courteous. Will definitely be booking with this company again for all.of our trips next year. AND THE PRICE WAS AFFORABLE!!!"

"I recently used rvp for a company outing last weekend, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. We had reserved a mini bus for a round trip and were required to pay in advance, including a 20% tip. However, once the payment was made, the responsiveness of the company plummeted. We had to constantly chase them by making 5-6 phone calls and sending multiple text messages just to get a response. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we had already paid for their services. It seemed like they were uninterested in providing adequate customer service once they had our money. To make matters worse, despite specifically requesting an experienced chauffeur, we were assigned a driver who clearly lacked the necessary skills. The driver ended up dropping off passengers at the wrong location, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with the service. Their unresponsiveness and failure to provide a competent chauffeur are major issues that cannot be overlooked. I would strongly advise against using this company for any transportation needs. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction have left a lasting negative impression on me and my colleagues. I sincerely hope that other customers take heed of this review and choose a more reliable and customer-focused transportation company for their needs."

"I was happy to have RVP Transportation provide charter service for our group that was returning from a 21 day tour of the Southwest National Parks. Our group had a late night arrival at JFK (after 11 PM) and our plane was late, but the driver waited patiently for our group until we collected our luggage. The driver had a positive attitude even though it was late at night and our group arrived late, and he drove safely and efficiently to get us all home, which was about a 2 hour drive from JFK. Thanks to Russell for setting it up for us!"
