"**DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!** I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share this nightmare experience to warn others. I booked a sedan, but upon arrival, they forced a Jeep on me, claiming no other cars were available—even though the lot was full! I overheard the staff discussing other options, proving they were lying. When I complained, they insisted we either take the Jeep or wait indefinitely. In a rush to get to the airport, my husband and I reluctantly took the Jeep. This turned out to be a deadly mistake. On the highway, the Jeep started wobbling violently, as if it had a puncture. It suddenly slowed down, almost causing a catastrophic collision with the car behind us, which barely avoided hitting us by braking loudly. We checked the tires and found nothing wrong. This "death wobble" happened 6-7 times during our trip. A quick internet search revealed this is a well-known issue with these Jeeps. We were terrified for our lives the entire drive, praying we'd make it to the airport in one piece. This ordeal was beyond distressing—it was downright dangerous. The fact that the rental company knowingly gave us this hazardous vehicle, falsely claiming they had no other options, is utterly reprehensible. AVOID THIS RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY!"
"They do not explain policies to you and then give you an attitude when you ask why it wasn’t explained prior to paying. They also will announce your credit report results out loud and rotate the screen for the entire store to hear and see. Very unprofessional and embarassing. I was also told the manager was helping me , and then told the manager won’t be in until Monday. So I wonder what else they lie about and keep from their customers. My rental was for 24 hours and I have rented cars for months at a time and never felt so disrespected and upset like this. The policies that they claimed were New Jersey law was never the case when I rented from enterprise in the same state. Weird. Guess I’ll keep going to enterprise !"

"I’ve used this location before with no issues. Today was a disaster and will never use again. I reserved and self checked out online a Toyota Corolla. When I arrived to pick up I was told in addition to my credit card being charged for the rental there would also be a 2 day credit hold of a couple of hundred dollars —-for a less than 24 hour rental?!!!? This has never been the case prior to today. The gentleman behind the counter told me I was “wrong”. There has always been a credit hold. Meanwhile the self check out total amount and the total amount billed to my credit card varied by little more than $20 and change. I suspect he didn’t bother to apply the discount I used on the web. More importantly they gave no consideration to what I ordered (standard Corolla). Offered me 2 cars both very low to the ground ( 1 was a dodge charger) and I was unable to see clearly in a low style car. We tried raising the seat in the 2nd car offered and again I couldn’t see safely over the dash to the windshield. I had to cancel the order as they had no other cars available. When I complained that they shouldn’t have advertised standard size cars available if they didn’t have one the same gentleman said both cars were “luxury sedans” and bigger than what I had reserved so the only problem was me and not the car. I’m not going to get behind the wheel if I can’t drive/see safely. These guys ruined my plans for the day. Committed to something on the web they didn’t have, did not honor the checkout price on the web, wasted $40 in unnecessary Ubers to/from their pick up location, put unnecessary charges on my card and insisted all the while I was the problem. Needless to say I won’t be back and I’ll be telling my friends and neighbors how sneaky their practices are. Don’t do business here unless you like over charging and under delivering. Corporate should invest in some customer service training for the people facing off to customers. Absolutely horrible."
