"Great rates and very professional and kind staff (I think it may be family owned?). They are also incredibly helpful and honest. I’d rented from them before and had such a great experience, then tried to rent for a week for a long trip (NJ to KY), which they were willing to do, but also they called me to let me know it might be cheaper to rent from a national chain for my trip since I’d get unlimited mileage, which they couldn’t offer. So for shorter/local trips, I highly recommend this place! Really impressed that they cared enough to call me and let me know there might be better options for me. Makes me feel like they are especially trustworthy."

"terrible experience. They hold the deposit for more than 2 weeks. They canceled the holding after I called them. If I didn't call they may hold it forever. and they charged the cost twice by mistake. He never apologizes."

"I rented a sedan for the holidays. The service was great and the rates were reasonable. Unlike famous companies that add different fees and try to rip you off for various reasons, these guys only added tax to their quote which was nice and easy. No pressure to buy insurance or other services. I went slightly above the millage limit and they were nice enough to work with me. I liked their flexibility and they have a nice selection of cars (I got 2016 Honda Accord-Very nice car). They also have a car wash business right on spot. Overall, I was very happy with this place and will definitely come back in future."

"Two years ago, I was in a car accident and I needed to rent a car. While repairing my car, the mechanic referred me to this location and they were very accommodating. Not only was the rental good, but they picked me up from my mechanic's garage. I took out a very affordable economy sized vehicle. The rates were pretty good, because at the end of the week my insurance paid the most of the tab and I only had to deal with the charge for the gas."
