"Stanley is a con man and a thief. I brought an Audi, the car needed some repairs and we agreed that I would leave with the car and come back later to have the repairs fixed. All of this was written on the sales paperwork for my confirmation. The mechanic they sent me too only fixed the module for the windows and then ghosted me. Stanley then told me that my concerns would have to be addressed to someone named Omar. I spoke with this Omar person a few times and he was playing games. I finally talked to Vlad who is the owner I assume and he was worried about the balance I owe on the car not the problems, as I told Stanley and he agreed, I'll pay when the issues are fixed. When I finally spoke to the repair guy he said that Stanley and his boss isn't going fix the rest of the issues. Beware of this place if you want a reliable car and service. A bunch of crooks. FYI, the mechanic they sent me too also stated that 90% of the cars they sell end up needing repairs straight off the lot. Shop elsewhere to avoid headaches and problems."

"Edit: I have changed my review to 1 star!! It has been almost 2 months, and they have yet to get me the title to the car. They also do not communicate at all. I have called a million times with no answer. I have also sent emails with no answer. They have not responded to anything. I've even had other people call and they don't answer any of the numbers provided. I'm about to take legal action because they are jerking me around. I've had a great experience at Auto Zen. From the moment I came in, Stanley & Vlad were very friendly, personable, and professional. They answered all my questions, and were very transparent about their entire practice, how they operate, the cars in the lot, and prices/fees. The cars a they have are taken care of as well. The entire process was enjoyable, painless, and fast. I wasn't planning on leaving with a car today, but their demeanor changed that. In and out within a few short hours."

"Ryan L. was the salesperson I interacted with at this dealership. From start to finish, Ryan was respectful and understanding of our budget and how we wanted to complete the sales transaction. Prior to closing the deal, Ryan was able to address a concern we had with regard to the fan related to the defrost. Beyond the one fan issue, we understood that we were purchasing the car “as is”. FYI, at this time, Auto Zen does not accept credit cards, so please be prepared to handle the process with cash/debit card/bank checks. If I am ever in the market again for a pre-owned vehicle, I’ll be sure to visit Auto Zen. I hope to work with Ryan again."
