"I ended up renting a car from this location while visiting a buddy for their wedding. Didn't want to spend too much for a basic car, but was rather surprised with the quality of the car I was given. The outside was discusting with such a layer of grime and bird poop on it. Inside reeked of weed even though its a 100% smoke free fleet. Worst of all, the alignment or something was waaaay off, and going on the highway physically hurt. My wife's back aches now from that, so it'll be an extra trip to the chiropractor to help relive that pain now. I called customer service about it afterwards as I didn't have the time during the wedding to resolve a car issue. The agent on the phone wanted to comp me 2 days on my *next* rental. I asked for it to be for this trip I just did. So instead they comp me 1 day because it was 1 day and 20 hours of a 2 day rental. If i had to pay just the taxes and fees as the original offer had, I would've been thrilled but instead they want to have me pay for 1 of the days anyways for a car that should not have been on the road. No wonder why its "budget" especially for a car with less than 30k miles on the odometer when I picked it up."

"The Budget location in Fort Lee New Jersey is excellent. I don't know how budget does it there, I rented from other companies in the area, I always found budget prices considerably more competitive. The staff is fantastic. They are very helpful. The service is way and above. Best are the cars, they are always new and properly cleaned. Be prepared for a pleasant upgrade!!"

"Rip off... They have no drop off avilable... Ez pass already gives a discount why are we paying the full price at the tolls? I bet there's a discount and their keeping the rest... Also the office was gross (bugs flying all over) and the car itself was disgusting, horrible experience just dirty and cheap. He even had the audacity to tell me "you can clean the car" as long as its under $10 and we'll pay you back, NO! It doesn't work like that, if I rent a vehicle, you give me a vehicle that's clean and comfortable. How unprofessional, don't waste your time here."
