"I went there for an oil change and to rotate my tires. I waited close to three hours to get on the highway and my car is making a funky noise with no power. It is brand new I called them they were extremely unhelpful told me that they have no rental cars or loaner cars until October. I asked them if they could have it towed back because I am too nervous to drive it and they said it is not there issue that I will have to get it back there on my own and they will look at it. I’ve never had one problem with this car and it’s brand new. I take it there for an oil change and get it back and this is what I get is a super unfriendly and rude people"

"Brought new Genesis in for 5K service. Made appointment in advance, told it'd be 1.5 hours (are waiting vs getting loaner). After 2 hours, went to check on status. Told vehicle waited 1 hour after they took it in for available Tech. So no work was started until after 1. If they had told me this when I brought car in, I would have requested a loaner or rescheduled. Will end up sitting around for 3 hours. No one apologized for this, service staff seems new/incompetent at best. Very disappointed with this experience. Won't be recommending this dealership to anyone."

"I live in CT and recently purchased my gorgeous Genesis GV70 (Capri Blue with Vanilla interior) and worked exclusively with Mark Checki and Dylan Maher. They both were the utmost professional (and I have high expectations!) I had already test drove at other Genesis dealers in CT and could not find the one I wanted (the light interior was important to me). Mark first called me on his vacation day.
