"BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was greeted with a bad attitude the second I walked in. The advance auto app told me to buy the wrong part. I called to ask if I can return an open package and was told I can exchange it. On arrival I was once again greeted with a bad attitude and told he doesn't know who I spoke to but he makes the decisions and I can't exchange them. Congratulations AutoZone, you've earned a new customer. Very disappointed."
