"the facility is very clean, the waiting room is very spacious with comfortable seats and free snack and coffee. the service rep is very courteous and he explained to me what services will be done to my car. he also informed me of the approximate wait time for the car. the car was actually ready to be taken home earlier than expected."

"Our car broke down late Saturday, the 23rd, evening. We were 30 miles from our home in Brooklyn and a hundred miles from our cabin upstate. I was able to get the car to Ramsey and drop the keys off. And fortunately I was able to have a friend drive the hundred miles down and back to pick us up. And we were flying across the country on the 25th. I spoke to them after the holiday and they were able to run diagnostics and fix the car. The problem was actually covered under warranty so it was a no cost repair. We came back before New Year's and the car was repaired and they left it in the lot for us so we could pick it up after hours. They were very courteous and treated us like a long-term client even though it was just happenstance that brought us there. I'm very thankful of their helpful staff, Drew in particular. Since we're looking for a new car anyway, we'll definitely check out Ramsey Subaru."

They did a great job on serving the car. I hope they look to Morgan as a good example of what customer service is. Good job to the techs who are always on their game.
