"I find the staff to be overall professional , helpful and quick to rectify any customer concerns. I have been using them for the past 5 years since buying my car from the sales side. There are closer Honda service centers to me, but I gladly pass them by to drive further to Mahwah because I never feel like they are being dishonest. They honor every Honda promotion even if you don’t have the coupon and in fact most times they tell you the special and apply it without you asking. It’s a very clean space and pleasant experience and if you express a concern they will address it courteously. I worked with a few reps over the years the last being Steven who went above and behind (especially with my warranty being up), but I can say they have all been great! Much appreciate one the few places that still “value” the customer."
