"Ordered the gin basil smash, no basil to be had in the drink. Ordered two chicken sandwiches. One was partially raw. Bartenders were asking if customers were good tippers right in front of customers. Got our bill, was the accurate price. Paid with a card and received a receipt after payment that was double what my bill was. They did fix the food and the bill but will never visit any santoras establishment again."
