McDonald's 3815 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225

"The food seems good, I used to work at other McDonald's restaurants, so I generally know how things go there. Can take time for your order, especially when busy, but generally not bad. The only thing is that they need to have the people who take your order be able to communicate without mumbling so bad you can't understand barely anything. Ended up get (2) 4pc chicken nuggets and paid for it WITHOUT KNOWING till I sat down. It was busy so I didn't complain, but seriously, Service Industry = workers who Speak Clearly would help! Also get rid of the "order for yourself" thing! Are you guys gonna pay me or give me a discount for doing their job?? Seriously!! PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THIS!"

"Very clean, staff were welcoming. I used the kiosk for the first time. Probably won't bother using it again. 3 perhaps made an order at the counter in the time it took me to respond to the prompts from the kiosk."

"I put in a mobile order for counter pick up during the hours that the lobby is open. I went up to the door and found it was locked. Locked eyes with an employee playing on her phone, break or not got no response attempted to call the store multiple times and never got a pick up so now I'm without $5.32 and absolutely no food, I can't go through the drive through and I can't get a refund thanks... I hope someone in management sees this or I'll be calling continuously until someone picks up."

"They have to do better on delivery services! When orders are wrong, they don't blame McDonald's they blame the delivery person. Our ratings go down, and we can lose our job. Also, when I'm picking up, it can take an hour to get the food that's already been completed and getting cold. They should open another window for delivery people so we can be on our way faster. Be nice to the delivery person delivering your food. We don't get paid a lot and risk our lives for only a few dollars! If you have an issue, try reaching out to the driver first rather than leaving a bad review! When someone says that something isn't right, I go above and beyond to make it right, even if it costs me! I want people to be happy work the orders and am grateful they gave me a job!"

"Always had problems at this McDonald's. It has always been hit or miss with whether or not the staff have good customer service. They usually do not make correct orders, and have EXTREMELY long wait times especially if you go inside. Today I ordered a happy meal, a chicken sandwich, and a 4 piece. They didn't even give me any of the nuggets, and I didn't realize until I got home!! Instead of 4 nuggets.. there was a half melted slice of cheese in the box. Definitely would recommend going to a different McDonald's."
