"What's not to love about these cookies? Every time we go to the mall ,my daughter insists we stop here. The cookies and staff are wonderful!"
"Called the online Mrs. Fields to order a cookie cake. They asked when I wanted it by. I gave them the date and now I find out it won’t be delivered till 4 days after that date which does me no good. I got no satisfaction from customer service. So $50 out the window. They said they were having issues with their website. Not my problem."

"Baking up fresh batches consistently, this place was a welcome stop at the mall. I love colors, and they're easily my favorite dessert. This chain, as a direct result, is an easy thing for me to love. The employee was silent about bashing, stocking and helping customers. I got just the one cookie and are out as we finished our walk through the mall. It tasted fresh and good. Overall: A Grab a fresh cookie and enjoy!"
"The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable, This places is very easy to find on the upper level of the mall. There is so many great treats to choose from, I think I actually liked everything I saw. There is lots of free parking outside the mall."
