"Just had my headlight bulbs replaced. Took a lot longer than expected because I had an appointment but it was also much cheaper than I thought. Staff was nice but it was pretty busy. Nice waiting area."
"Charlie , Jason , Kelsey and Craig all helped me feel safe and secure purchasing tires . I opened a Credit card at 0% for 6 months for the large purchase of $1300 . I ordered the tires and they were in with a few days. They were able to take me on that day and I was done in 45 minutes! The waiting area was warm where you can grab a cup of coffee or water . There is also a soda machine for soda to purchase. Everyone was extremely nice and professional! I highly recommend Dunn Tire! Sincerely Emily E. Clarence , NY"
"I was at Dunn Tire yesterday to have two tires replaced. I had stopped in the day before just to have a pressure check and they noticed an issue with my tires immediately and pointed it out to let me know the problems I could have with a sudden blowout. The staff was efficient, but also fun and very personable. They did everything they could to find me the best price possible and we made an appointment for yesterday. They made me comfortable while I waited and even put on a fresh pot of coffee for me. I would recommend Dunn Tire and especially this location to anybody."
"I had an emergency tire situation so I called to see if Dunn Tire would be able to get a replacement tire on a Friday afternoon. They were professional and accommodating. I’m very pleased with their service, professionalism and willingness to accommodate my scheduling needs. I also have them fill my tires with nitrogen every winter season to minimize tire pressure fluctuations that otherwise could lead to uneven wear on under inflated tire caused by colder temperatures."
