"Service really is horrible. Ordered 4 tires and only 3 showed up. They said the 4th was still in transit and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for it. They don't know where it is and corporate will not refund me because it is "company policy" to wait until they all show up. They could only refund the missing tire leaving me stuck with 3 which is a joke. My inspection is overdue so I could not wait any longer so I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company. I'm scheduled to get them done elsewhere in 2 days. And yes, like all the other complaints, NOBODY answers the phone so it's impossible to get updates. Spend a few more bucks and go somewhere reputable that cares about the customer."
"I drove 20 miles. Arrived at 5pm today. No one at the counter. Someone from another department came in and said may be “they left”. I was like they shud be open until 7pm. After waiting 30 mins, one associate came out from the comfort of his “Associates Only” room and said, I am the only one here. Everybody else left. I was like bruh, I have a flat tire. Another 20 mins went by and 2 other dudes show up. I asked them if they fix my tire. They are like “we’re closed”. Time was 6pm. Complete disregard of other people time. Walmart should close all of it’s tire centers. Absolute garbage customer service."
"My stepdad had ordered a new tire and was told Monday. Yes i understand yesterday was a holiday. we've been trying to call today and getting through to nobody. Customer service kept transferring us and still nothing. Unfortunately he had already paid for it. But the fact they don't have an employee to answer phones is ridiculous. I'd rate this no stars if I could."
"Went into to see about getting a new valve stem put in a trailer tire. The 2 older men working the counter didn't even ask what I needed just did that I could drop it off and maybe they would have it done today. They also said this to another person in front of me again with out even ask what they needed. The smaller shop across the street was able fix my tire in less then 10 minutes."
